Privacy policy
1. Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is MuvingIA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, which operates the MuvingIA platform (“MuvingIA”). You can contact us at support@muvingia.com.
2. What data we collect
Account data: name, email, phone or WhatsApp if you provide it, password (stored encrypted) and, for companies, the company name.
Move data: origin and destination addresses, rooms, the inventory of boxes and items, declared values, sizes, weights, brands, models, serial numbers and photos.
Technical data: IP address, access logs and login attempts, used to keep your account secure, and a session cookie the app needs to work, plus a cookie that remembers your language.
3. How we use it
To provide the service: create and manage your account, store your inventory, and generate labels, reports and load plans.
To let the people you add to a move view or edit that move.
To send service emails: account confirmation, password recovery, invitations and important notices.
To run the Invite & Move program, payments and plans.
To analyze photos or descriptions with artificial intelligence when you ask for it, to identify items, estimate values or weights and look up specifications.
To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access, and to meet legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us deliver the service and must protect it: our hosting provider, the artificial intelligence provider when you use those features, and Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes payments under its own privacy policy. MuvingIA does not receive or store your full card details.
Some of these providers may be outside your country, so your data may be transferred internationally with appropriate safeguards. By accepting this policy you authorize that transfer.
We will also share data when a competent authority requires it under the law.
5. Photos and other people's data
If you take photos showing other people or third-party data, you are responsible for having their permission. We recommend photographing only objects.
6. Your rights
Under the data protection laws that apply where you live (including US state privacy laws and, in Colombia, Law 1581 of 2012), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, receive proof of your consent, withdraw it, and file complaints with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, write to support@muvingia.com with your name, your account email and your request. We will reply within the deadlines set by applicable law.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. Photos for a move without MuvingIA Cloud are hidden 60 days after its plan ends and deleted 12 months later, with advance notice by email. If you delete your account or ask us to, we will delete your information and photos within a reasonable time, except what we must keep for legal, accounting or security reasons.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections, encrypted passwords, access control per move and limits on login attempts. No system is infallible; if we detect an incident affecting your data we will let you know.
9. Minors
MuvingIA is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without their guardians' authorization.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with its date and, if the change is important, notify you by email or in the app.
