Invite & Move terms and conditions
1. What the program is
“Invite & Move” is the MuvingIA program that gives credits to users who invite others to use the platform. People and families with a MuvingIA account (“families”) and moving companies with an active plan (“companies”) can take part.
2. How to invite
Invitations are sent only from the user's MuvingIA portal, using their personal link or code. Only invitations sent from the portal earn credits. Recommendations made by other means, without the portal link or code, do not earn credits.
3. What you earn
When a company invites a family: the company receives USD 5 in credit and the family gets USD 5 off their pass. When a family invites a company: the family receives USD 5 in credit and the company gets USD 5 off its first month.
4. When the credit activates
Credit is earned only when the invited person makes a payment. Signing up or using the free plan does not earn credit. The credit becomes available 14 days after the invited person's payment. If that payment is refunded or reversed, the credit is not granted or is removed.
5. 50% cap
Credits cover at most 50% of each invoice or purchase. The rest is paid with the user's payment method.
6. Expiration
Credit not used on one invoice carries over to the next and expires 90 days after it became available.
7. How credits are used
Companies use them on their monthly invoice. Families use them on their next purchase: upgrading from the Moving Pass to the International Pass, extending their pass or buying a new pass, before the credit expires.
8. Restrictions
Credits are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be combined with other promotions unless MuvingIA says so. Inviting yourself, or accounts that share an email, phone, payment method or billing details with you, does not earn credit. Customers whose access is already included in a company plan do not earn credit unless they make their own purchase.
9. Misuse
MuvingIA may review invitations, cancel credits obtained fraudulently or against these terms, and suspend anyone who breaks them.
10. Changes to the program
MuvingIA may change or end the program with advance notice on the platform. Credits already available will be honored until they expire.
